Our goal is to lay a strong foundation for your child’s gymnastics journey by focusing on proper techniques and smooth progression. Through exposure to artistic gymnastics (Vault, Bar, Beam and Floor) and rhythmic gymnastics( ribbon, ball, hoop and rope), we help children develop coordination, flexibility, strength, confidence and motor skills while fostering a love for movement and fitness, in a fun and supportive environment. Whether they choose to pursue a competitive or recreational gymnastics in the future, our program equips them with the tools and mindset to excel in any of these disciplines.
In each class, children will explore basic gymnastics movements from both artistic and rhythmic, including rolls, jumps, balance exercises, and introductory skills on age-appropriate equipment.
