About Artistic Gymnastics

Artistic gymnastics is a discipline which demands speed, power, strength, agility, flexibility, balance and control. At Limber, we offer a range of classes for beginners to experienced gymnasts, guided by our highly experienced and professional coaches.

  • Age: aged 4-16
  • Duration: 1 hour (2x per week)
  • Class ratio: maximum 1:10 (coach: students)

Our recreational program is designed for all abilities to come and enjoy the sport. Young athletes will start their journey perfecting rolls, handstands, bridges, cart-wheels, kick-overs and many more foundational skills in a professional and socially interactive environment.

This program is designed for those who have mastered their basics and are ready to develop intermediate skills across all four apparatus. Stars classes are structured around FIG levels 1-3 (Federal International Gymnastics) where students will start to build acrobatic awareness through complex skills like flips and somersaults.

  • Age: 4+
  • Duration: 1 hour (up to 4 classes/week)
  • Class ratio: maximum 1:10 (coach: students)

Elite Squad

Being an academy, we are proud to build competitive teams who have the opportunity to compete regionally and internationally. Gymnasts in this program will follow the FIG (federal International Gymnastics) for their age category.

Elite squad selection is by invitation only and for those who demonstrate an excellent aptitude for the sport. These teams require strict discipline, commitment and rigour.
