About Artistic Gymnastics

Artistic gymnastics is a discipline which demands speed, power, strength, agility, flexibility, balance and control. At Limber, we offer a range of classes for beginners to experienced gymnasts, guided by our highly experienced and professional coaches.

Classes

✔️ RECREATIONAL

  • Age: aged 4-16
  • Duration: 1 hour (2x per week)
  • Class ratio: maximum 1:10 (coach: students)

 

This program focuses on introducing children to gymnastics in a fun, supportive environment and emphasizes learning basic gymnastics skills, improving coordination, flexibility, and strength while building confidence and fostering a love for the sport.

✔️ COMPETITIVE

  • Age: 5+
  • Duration: 1.5 hours (up to 4 classes/week)
  • Class ratio: maximum 1:10 (coach: students)

At our Gymnastics Academy, we take pride in being part of some of the most prestigious events in the region, including the Saudi Gymnastics Federation competitions. These events provide our athletes with the opportunity to showcase their skills on a national stage, compete at the highest level, and gain invaluable experience. Being part of the Saudi Gymnastics Federation competitions is a testament to our commitment to excellence and our dedication to nurturing talent and fostering a passion for gymnastics.

Fine-tune your gymnastic training and propel your progress with 1-1 sessions. Work closely with a highly experienced coach to hit specific goals under a given time-frame.
